What is your refund policy?

We are very happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances -

The item has been purchased via the Bridemode website
The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags
The item has not been damaged or marked when trying it on
The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit
The return has been properly requested and the return process has been followed.

How do I request a refund?

How long will it take to process my return?

Our aim is to always process returns as quickly as possible although it can take a little longer at busy times, once your return has been processed at our warehouse you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your return and our Customer Services team will action your refund/exchange request as soon as possible after this.

Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed.

I've marked a dress slightly when trying it on, what shall I do?

Firstly, please take every effort to not mark the dress when trying it on. That means, washing hands before, keeping face makeup to a minimum (if at all!), follow the guide on how best to get into the dress.

However, accidents do sometimes happen. If you return a marked dress where the mark can be taken off, we'll charge a flat £30 cleaning fee.

If, we try and clean off the mark, but to no avail, we'll refund 50% of the marked price.
